‘Rose Marie’ includes a Lined and Fitted, Round Necked, High-Waisted Bodice with a Gathered Peplum, Sash Ties and Bell Sleeves with Ruffle Caps. The Bodice closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape, while a Satin Rose and Dangly Ribbon Bow attached to the Bodice Waist, adds interest.
The Full, Double-Layered and Gathered Hi-Lo Skirt has deep Ruffles and a Waistband which closes with a Snap.
This Intermediate pattern from Little Miss Muffett is designed to fit 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl®.
Suggested Fabrics: Georgette, Medium-Weight Chiffon and Viscose were used for the three versions of the Rose Marie Bodice and Skirt (although any light to medium-weight fabric with a good drape is also suitable). Lightweight Cotton was used for the Bodice Lining and wide Organza Ribbon was used for the Sleeve Ruffle Caps.
