I used to have a pair of wool felt clogs, and I wore them until the cork soles disappeared!
With the Flossie Potter Wool Felt Clogs pattern, you can make this miniature version for your 18" dolls such as American Girl®. They even slope toward the back like the real ones! Once you've made one, you won't want to stop!
Two sizes are included: a regular size for wearing with bare feet or store-bought socks/stockings, and a slightly larger one for wearing with hand-made socks (using fingering-weight yarn).
Pair them with the Flossie Potter DOLL SOCK TRIO knitting pattern to complete the look! These clogs also go well with the Flossie Potter's Hip Hugger Bell Bottoms for that 70s look.

3/8"-wide trim (7" for regular size, 8" for larger size)
2mm-thich foam (remnant for insoles)
5mm (3/8")-wide cork (remnant for soles)
