Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight denim, chambray, quilting cotton, lightweight twill, baby fine wale corduroy. Up cycling an old pair of pants or shirt is a great way to find fun fabrics. Avoid fabric with stretch.
Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard or fat quarter lightweight denim, twill or quilting cotton
- Pair of 1/2” scale doll-sized overall buckles with buttons or
- 2 sets of snaps or
- 4 – ⅜” jump rings or
- 2 – ¼” buttons and 2 sets of snaps
- 2 – ¼” buttons for sides (optional)
- 2 set of snaps for sides (optional)
- 1/8” double-sided basting tape (optional)
- Matching thread
- 3” x 1/4” elastic
