Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight Fabric
Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard (width from 45" to 60" ) lightweight сotton сhambray or any lightweight fabric or 7"x14" piece of fabric;
- 3.5" x 5" piece of quilting fabric for facing;
- 3" (width 1/4") elastic;
- thread to match and contrasting thread;
- 12" (width 1/4") grosgrain ribbon for belt;
- a piece of cardstock (or equivalent weight paper).
