-2 packages Dritz 1/2" Center Ruffle Elastic
-Stretch sewing machine needle
-Sewing thread to match lace
-Sewing thread to match fabric
-Fabric glue stick
-Lite EZ-Steam II (lightweight two-sided pressure sensitive fusible tape)
-2" of 3/8" hook and loop tape
-Optional embellishments: bows, ribbons, trim
