This play dress, by Eden Ava Couture, is perfect for an afternoon of fun with friends. The sleeveless, dropped waist dress has a pointed collar with two layers of ruffles for the skirt. It is adorned with an elastic belt and two buttons.

Recommended Fabrics: Cotton Fabric for dress; Lightweight cotton or tissue linen for the collar

-Fat quarter of cotton fabric
-Remnant of lightweight cotton for collar
-Thread
-Two (2) 1/2” buttons or other embellishment of your choice
-hook and loop tape or closure of your choice
-Single fold bias tape (for neckline and armholes)
-1/2” decorative headband elastic
-Small lingerie slider or fancy slider
