Supplies Needed:
Top:
• 1/8 yard of fabric (cotton or other lightweight fabric)
• 7 inches of 1/8 inch elastic for neck
• Optional: 2 inches of 1/8 inch elastic for each sleeve
Skirt:
• 1/4 yard of fabric (cotton or other lightweight fabric)
• 7 inches of 1/8 or 1/4 inch elastic
- Note: This skirt is made with 2.5 inch strips. This is the same size as a standard quilters’ precut “Jelly Roll”.
