Is your doll a baby sitter? The Baby Carrier is designed to carry 8" dolls such as Little Bitty Baby™ or the American Girl® Caring for Baby Set baby doll as well as the 9" cloth baby doll included in the pattern. Carrier can be worn by 18" dolls such as American Girl® as well as any of the 23" cloth dolls by J Lyn Boutique. This pattern also includes instructions to make a cloth baby doll, one-piece sleeper, and cap. Sleeper has long sleeves and a hook and loop closure in the front. It is designed for the cloth doll, but can also fit snugly on the vinyl baby doll if a two way stretch knit is used.(see image for difference in fit)

- Small piece of fabric for baby carrier
- 50” of ⅜” ribbon for carrier straps
- Small piece of ½” hook and loop tape for carrier
Cloth Baby Doll
- Small piece of fabric in skin color for baby
- 1 scrap piece of felt for mouth
- Fabric marker
- Stuffing
- Thread
- Embroidery thread
- Sewing needle
- Doll needle (3 ½” to 4” long)
One-Piece Sleeper
- Small piece of knit fabric for sleeper
- Small piece of coordinating knit fabric for hat/sleeper neck binding
- 2” of ¼” hook and loop tape (or you can cut ½” tape in half)
