- A small scrap of poly satin or contrast of same fabric as uniform
- 5 inches of hook and loop tape
- 3/4 yard of glittery ribbon or Iron On Glitter Vinyl
- Matching thread and clear monofilament thread
- Scrap of light weight fusible interfacing
- Optional - Rotary Cutter, Mat and Ruler, Pinking Shears
