Create this jazzy 1920s style dropped waist dress and hat ensemble with this beautifully designed doll clothes pattern. This classic style is sure to enhance your doll's wardrobe!
The dress features dropped waist dress with a separate scalloped bodice overlay that gives it added dimension. Contrasting piping and collar and rows of matching buttons add both texture and color to the otherwise simple design. The contrasting color in the skirting box pleats echo the color and texture of the bodice details. The long sleeves fasten have plackets and cuffs that fasten at the wrist. A full length back opening fastens in back with four buttons and ties that make a neat bow.
A Classic 1920s Cloche completes the look. Easy to make, this unlined hat has a gracefully shaped brim that frames the face and is adorned with a simple art deco style bow that can be made with matching or contrasting fabric.
