Supplies Needed:
- 1/2 yard of woven fabric, such as Linen
- 1/4 yard of lining fabric, such as Cotton
- matching thread
- 2 black snaps, size 4/0
- 22 inches of 1/4 inch wide elastic
- Optional: scrap of light weight interfacing
- for belt: scrap piece of pleather or leather 13 1/2 inches by 4 inches, 8 silver grommets or brads, strong glue, hook and loop tape 3/4 inch (or 3/8 inch) wide
- TOOLS: leather punch, grommet setting tools
- for bonus weapon: 2 bracelet length glow sticks, black duct tape
