Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight woven fabric such as cotton (fat quarters), lightweight denim or light weight twill
Supplies Needed: -1/4 yard or fat quarter of woven fabric such as quilting cotton, lightweight denim, lightweight twill, etc.
-5 1/2 inch long piece of 1/4 to 3/8 inch wide elastic and safety pin to insert elastic
-Thread
Optional Materials:
-Scraps of contrasting or coordinating fabric for pocket and skirt trim, panel, pockets, etc.
-Purchased trim such as rickrack, lace, etc. to use in place of fabric trim
-Mini or decorative buttons
