While I always dread sewing with vinyl the end result of the purse makes it worthwhile. This bag was a little more difficult for me than others I've made, because I'm clumsy with jewelry techniques. The grommets I had on hand didn't crimp well, so I'm concerned about their longevity. 15 mm jumprings do not seem quite large enough to fit through the grommet/eyelets, but they were the largest I could source locally. I wanted the chain strap a bit shorter than the pattern specifications, so other may want to consider that before cutting their chain.
The direction for making this are excellent. Just be prepared for the fact that you need more than sewing skills to make this.
