Welcome to 50s N Lace by Dolly Wears. This dress is an authentic replica of a little girls dress that was worn in the 1950's. It features a lace insert in the Bodice with two different view to choose from. The Skirt features a lace insert which has a shadow box effect. There is a net underskirt which gives the full look of the 1950's.
This PDF pattern is designed to fit 18'' dolls such as American Girl® and Our Generation®.
Recommended Supplies: Cotton Broad Cloth
Supplies Needed:
- ½ yard solid color fabric, like broadcloth
- ¼ yard netting for underskirt
- ⅜ yard flat lace
- ⅓ yard of ½’’ gathered lace
- ½ yard of ⅛’’ wide elastic
- hook and loop tape or three ⅜’’ buttons
- matching thread
