This dress can be made from a variety of fabrics. We suggest using linen, silk noil, lightweight raw silk, rayon, or cotton sateen, with a rayon, silk or poly blend lining in a color that compliments the fashion fabric. The accents are best with a sheer polyester (or, if you are up for a challenge, silk) chiffon. Georgette could also work well.
Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yard Fashion fabric
-1/4 yard Lining fabric
-1/4 yard (or scraps) Contrast fabric
-1/4 yard (or scraps) Sheer Contrast fabric
-1 - 7 or 9” invisible zipper
-1 buckle with 5/8” wide opening Matching thread
