If you think that autumn and winter are dull seasons, then Cozy autumn might change your mind. This dress will have your doll looking cute and beautiful, while keeping her warm and Cozy even in the frosty weather.
Cozy autumn is a classic style dress made of flannel or quilt cotton. Bodice is lined with a lightweight fabric such as batiste. The dress features a peter pan style collar and full gathered skirt section which falls slightly below the knee. It is fastened at the back with snaps or buttons. The bottom of each sleeve is gathered with cased elastic. The hem edge of the skirt is decorated with lace trim.
This PDF pattern by Lady Fox Boutique is designed to fit 6 inch Mini Dolls by American Girl® and will also fit 8 inch Xiaomi Monst™ dolls.
This pattern is available separately to fit 8 inch Mini Paola Reina, 13" Paola Reina Las Amigas™ Dolls, 18" dolls, 12" Siblies™, and 14.5-15" WW and RRFF dolls.
Suggested Fabrics: flannel or quilt cotton for main fabric, batiste for lining
Supplies Needed:
- Piece of fabric 42 X 20 cm (17 X 8 inches) as main fabric
- Piece of lightweight fabric 22 X 9 cm (9 X 4 inches) as lining
- Lace – 30 cm (12”)
- Elastic band 0.5 cm (1\4") width – 15 cm (6”) length
- Snaps or buttons for fastener – 2 pieces OR hook and loop tape 1cm (3/8") width – 5 cm (2”).
