This skirt is the sister pattern to the Flossie Potter "Turn of the Century Shirtwaists."
Floor length with elegant lines, the skirt has 5 sets of accordion pleats that form inverted "V" shapes, adding flowing fullness to the hemline. It was designed to fit American Girl®, but with a small adjustment at the center back, it will also fit Journey Girl®.
The interesting design element is that the skirt is made in one piece, and only basic sewing skills are needed. If you can trace and press straight lines, you can make this skirt!
The PDF sewing pattern contains 11 pages of step-by-step instructions with full-color photo illustrations, 6 pattern pieces, and 3 pages of printable summary instructions (to save on printer ink).
