-1/3 yd lace (a small, overall design works best)
-1/4 yd thin fabric (such as batiste) for lining
-1 yd (3/4"to 1 1/2") ruffled lace trim
-Lace tape
-Embroidery floss
-6 inches of 1/4" ribbon
-One 9.25" diameter plastic canvas circle
-One 3" diameter plastic canvas circle
-One 12-inch (1/4" diameter) wooden dowel
-Three 1" x 3/8" wooden Toy Wheels (1/4" hole)
-One 1 1/16" high wooden Finial Dowel Cap (1/2" hole)
-One 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" wooden disk with 1/4" hole*
-Optional: Paint (spray or brush on)
