Create a complete beach look for a day at the beach. This is a six piece pattern which includes a beach dress, skirt, two piece swim suit, beach bag, and a hat.
The pattern stitch used is a 3 row repeat cat's eye lace stitch which is reversible. In fact you do not need to worry about wrong or right sides although the sides are included in the pattern. All the pieces are knit flat from the bottom upwards. The front and back of the dress are done separately so the dress has side seams. There is a buttoned closure at the shoulders for easy dressing.
Stitches used: knit, purl, YO, skp, kf&b, and knit 2 together

- The dress + hat: Stylecraft® Special Double Knit 60 grams = 176.4 meters / 192.9 yards
- The skirt and bag + bow: Circulo® Yarns Fofura Baby and Kids 62 grams = 157.5 meters /172.2 yards
- The Bikini Set + hat: Stylecraft® Special Double Knit about 30 gram = 88.2 meters / 96.5 yards
Other supplies:
- Straight or circular knitting needles sizes US 4 + 5 (3.50 mm + 3.75 mm)
- DPNS size US 4 (3.50 mm) x 2 for the I cord
- 3/8'' wide buttons x 2 for the dress
- Row counter or a pencil to tick of the rows as you knit
- Tapestry + ordinary sewing needle
- Small scissors
- Ruler or tape measure
