The dress has a fitted bodice which has Central Front and Back Panels, Side Panels, a Yoke and a Button Placket for added visual interest. Short Puff Sleeves have top-stitched cuffs as does the Skirt with a top-stitched lace hem edge. The gathered sleeves and skirt soften the top-stitched detail of the lined Bodice which closes in the back with Hook and Loop Tape. This relatively easy pattern is designed to fit 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl®.
