Supplies Needed:
-1/2 yard baby wale corduroy
-1/4 yard lining fabric.
-1 yard of soft dainty lace or trim
-Scrap of wide lace or fabric for applique
-15 or 20 - 3 mm Hot fix rhinestones and a glitz tool (available at fabric or
craft stores).
-12 inches of 1/4 inch elastic
-Matching thread
-4 inches of hook and loop tape
-Scrap of fusible web such as Steam a Seam or Wonder Under
