This coat is perfect for all seasons. Available in three versions, you can mix and match and create a timeless classic.
All views have princess seams and an inset side bodice and Views A and B have a full pleat in the front. The back has the same princess seams and side bodice, with a very full pleat in the center. View B has a bow, and View C has a classic belt secured with buttons. The coats are fully lined, including the sleeves, and the lining has a ruffle on the bottom for fullness. The coats can be made in various lengths for different looks.
The cloche hat is fully lined, and the brim curves up at the side. Two views have a fabric bow, and View C is embellished with a button.
There are two collar variations. Views A and C have a round collar and instructions are included for sewing with fur. View B has a straight collar, which may be folded back to form lapels.
The PDF pattern pieces are drawn with a CAD program, and include highly detailed step-by-step instructions with pictures to guide you through the sewing process.
This pattern is also available with the Classic Hats pattern in a bundle, that provides two additional hats to pair with your coat.
