Dress your doll in this beautiful ruffled dress featuring princess seam lines, raglan style sleeves with two tiers of ruffles, and an asymmetrical, three-tiered skirt with a short train at the back. All ruffles are finished with serging or bias tape. The bodice of the dress has optional lining, and the dress closes in back with hook and loop tape. The wide neckline has a unique yoke with a ruffle and optional embroidery designs personalize the dress. In this dress, your doll will be ready to dance at the fiesta!
This PDF sewing pattern, from Stitchery and Snowflakes, is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®.
Recommended Fabrics: Any woven fabric, such as cotton or satin, for the dress. Any sheer fabric, such as organza, for the sleeves, skirt tiers, and ruffles. Not suitable for knits.
