Supplies Needed:
Sun Hat:
-1/4 yd (44" wide) fabric such as sear sucker
-1/8 yard lining fabric
Bathing Suit:
-1/4 yd stretch nylon or Lycra
-1/8 yd stretch nylon or Lycra in contrast color
-4" of clear plastic elastic, cut in half lengthwise to make 2 narrower pieces
-24" butcher string
Cover Up:
-2/3 yd of soft, airy fabric such as a lacy knit or gauze
-24" butcher string
-1 package lace hem tape (if serger is unavailable) – match the color to the fabric
