Your 18” doll will look adorable in her Kitty Costume which is just perfect for her tap dance recital. The costume, by Little Miss Muffett, includes four pieces:
- An all-in-one bodysuit
- Fur-trimmed gloves
- Kitty ears
- A delicate little choker
The pull-on bodysuit has a fur-trimmed, off-the-shoulder neckline and is complete with knee-length tights and a fur-trimmed semi-circular skirt. Ribbon ties on the shoulders add to the overall effect and a furry tail is attached to the back of the bodysuit pants. The bodysuit which is pulled on feet first, is made from Cotton Elastane which gives it a super snug fit. No Hook & Loop Tape is needed because of the fit.
This easy pattern is designed to fit 18” soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl ®.
Fabric Used: Cotton Elastane, Spandex and Lycra were used for the Bodysuits and Gloves; Short Pile Fur was used to trim the Neckline of the Black and White Bodices, Skirt hem edges and Glove cuffs. A feather boa was hand-stitched to the pink outfit for fun.

A Universal Stretch Needle – 75/11; Universal 40/80 Twin Needle and a Walking Foot are used during the sewing process.
