-velveteen*, shantung.*high-end velvet is unsuitable due to its thickness
Bloomers and Lining:
-½ yard of cotton fabric
Top and Bottom Layer of Skirt:
-1/4 yard -Suggested Fabrics for skirt are satin, taffeta, lace, and chiffon
-¼ yard Fusible light to medium weight interfacing,
-iron-on or sew-on embellishments or trims of your choice
-½” velvet ribbon
-hook and loop tape
-¼” elastic
-3/8” elastic
-thread
-purchased barrette that can be decorated
-optional: Heat Set Crystals and Heat Set Tool
