Recommended Fabrics: quilter's cotton, lightweight cotton, eyelet, seersucker etc.
Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yard of fabric (cotton or other lightweight fabric- fat quarter friendly!)
-10 inches of 1/4 inch elastic (Bloomers' Waist)
-12 inches of 1/4 inch elastic (Bloomers' Legs)
-5-6 inches of hook and loop tape
-Optional lace and trims
