Your 18-Inch doll will look stunning in this beautifully fitted dress by Little Miss Muffett which is styled after “Hermione’s” iconic “Yule Ball Gown”. The Dress, made in Duchess Satin with layer upon layer of color blended and gathered Chiffon Ruffles, has a lot of depth due to its unique construction and Satin placement, while the Angel Wing Sleeves add an ethereal touch. The dress, which has a slim A-line skirt, is fully lined and closes at the back with Hook and Loop Tape with a zipper finish. A pretty waist ribbon, which tones with the darkest ruffle, ties the whole ensemble together.
This pattern is designed to fit 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl®.

Fabric Used – I used Duchess Satin for my Dresses, medium weight Chiffon for the Ruffles and Pongee for the Lining. My tester used Bridal Satin and medium weight Chiffon for her dress and Ruffles and lined it with lightweight Cotton Lawn.

- Single Colour Ruffles (Optional) : Medium Weight Chiffon - 46” x 22”

- Lightweight Tear Away Stabilizer for Angel Wing Sleeves (Optional) : 11” x 7”
- Hook & Loop Tape for Center Back Opening (Zipper Finish) : 5” x 5/8” wide

Matching Thread, Erasable Marking Pen, Pressing Tools, Point Turner, Clear Tape, Teflon™ Sheet, Curved Embroidery Scissors (optional), general sewing supplies.
A ‘Universal Sewing Needle – 80/10’, a narrow Rolled Hem Foot (optional), a General Purpose Foot and a ¼” Foot are used throughout the sewing process.
