The Friendship Garden Tie Blouse is perfect for pretty cotton floral prints or fun novelty print fabrics. It has two sleeve options to choose from and comes in a short active length. It has a front tie with tiny buttons and snap closures or simplify with hook and loop tape . Add a tiny front patch pocket if desired or let the fabric itself stand out. Make it with the adorable puffy bubble sleeves or make it sporty and sleeveless. Just for fun we’ve added instructions for making tiny doll-size friendship bracelets. Using colorful strands of craft thread and decorative buttons, plant seeds of friendship by sharing your bracelets with your friends and their dolls too! Pick from two styles: a rope bracelet or a fishtail braid. Both are easy, and so much fun to make!

Recommended Fabrics: Woven cotton fabrics-light-to-medium-weights (*Blouse is not suitable for fabrics that need to be matched like plaids. )
Supplies Needed:Tie Blouse:
-⅓ yard or 1 fat quarter: woven cotton fabrics-light-to medium-weight*
-Thread
-1/8" elastic-10" (5" per sleeve for bubble sleeve option)
-3-4 ¼” buttons and 3-4 small snap closures or about 1¾” of hook and loop tape
-Frixion® marking pen or a disappearing marker or chalk
Needle for hand sewing
*Blouse is not suitable for fabrics that need to be matched like plaids.

-Fun and colorful combinations of craft threads (found in the craft section of most stores)
-Small decorative buttons in fun shapes like flowers and hearts
-Small piece of cardstock or heavier paper
-Measuring tape or ruler
