The sleeveless fitted crop top is fully lined and fastens in the back with buttons, snaps, or hook-and-loop tape. The wide neckline ruffle gives it a playful feminine appeal. A simple gathered skirt with a ruffled edge that mirrors the neckline ruffle completes the outfit. It fastens with a snap at the waistband and three buttons or snaps down the center back. For added interest, the ruffles can be cut on the bias.
