The outfit comprises of a skirt and blouse and is made from lightweight woven fabric. The lined blouse has a decorative net overlay, lace flutter sleeves, a scoop neckline and closes in back with hook and loop tape. The two-layered skirt has a waistband which closes with a snap; gathered tulle is sewn onto the underskirt and the seam covered with ribbon. The overskirt is overlaid with decorative net to match that of the blouse and has an optional ribbon bow trim.

Fabric Used – Quilter’s Cotton was used for the Blouse and Skirt; my Testers’ used Taffeta and Satin. The blouse was lined with Lightweight Cotton, fine Decorative Net was used for the blouse and upper skirt overlay and Soft Tulle was used for the lower skirt overlay.
