• ½” wide elastic for waistband
• fold over elastic for briefs
• double fold bias tape (optional)
• wonder tape, double sided, wash away*
• ½ yard for cape
• felt scraps for mask
• ¼" elastic for mask
• paper backed iron-on adhesive sheet
• matching and contrasting thread
