Bat Wings
- Heavyweight Pellon®
- Piece of sequin fabric
- Piece of felt
- 36” of ribbon
Cape
- Fat quarter of satin for cape lining
- Fat quarter of satin for outer cape
- Small piece of heavyweight fusible interfacing for cape collar
- 20” of ribbon for cape ties
