Although not historically correct, the designs are based on various examples of Children’s Clothing from the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s.
The sleeveless Dress has a Lined and Ruched front Bodice with a rounded square neckline and which closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop tape. Deep double lace-edged ruffles are attached to the full gathered and layered Skirts. An optional ribbon and bow adorns the Lower Skirt just below the Upper Skirt.
The diamond-shaped Cummerbund which closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop tape, has side inserts with ribbon detail for added interest while 3 small buttons adorn the belt at Center Front.
The loose-fitting, lace-edged Bolero has short gathered and ruffled sleeves and closes at Center Front with Ribbon Ties. Ribbon Roses finish the Bolero front.
