Recommended Fabrics: Light weight woven fabrics like quilt cotton, cotton and shirting.
Supplies Needed:
-Fabric - Bodice – 3.5” x 11”
-Fabric – Top Ruffle and Pants Ruffle – 4.5” x 24”
-Fabric – Main Color for Pants – 7” x 13”
-Lining – 3.5” x 11” (You can use the same fabric as for the bodice)
-Thread
-3” Hook-and-loop binding (5/8” width – cut in half to get about ¼” wide)
-6” – 1/4" wide Elastic for pants
-Optional: 3x 1/4” Buttons for decoration
