I love the variety of patterns that are offered, the helpfulness at answering questions and the Freebie Fridays and the BOGO since I am now on a limited income. I don’t always have time to do right away but eventually I get to the patterns I purchase

While going to a quilt shop several years ago, a woman mentioned that she sewed a lot of doll
clothes and used “Liberty Jane” patterns. Well, that was one of the best tips I ever got from
someone! I love the pattern varieties, the Sewing with Cinnamon Blog, the pattern hacks, the
freebies, Pixie perks… What more could you ask for???

My favourite thing about FP is the consistent layout of the patterns, both the long and short versions of the instructions, the step by step illustrations and, sometimes, the story surrounding the pattern.

I love the wide variety of patterns, lots to choose from. Freebie Fridays are great for retirees with limited funds. The videos are especially helpful for those of us that are visual learners. This is a great site for ideas of what to make. Thank you for all your hard work!

My favorite thing about Pixie Faire is that the patterns are tailored to specific dolls. The clothing has a much more professional looking fit than the generic 18 inch clothing patterns offered by the big-name patternmakers like Simplicity.

My favorite thing about Pixie Faire is the feeling of being part of a family when I visit the site. The site is friendly, offers excellent items such as classes, patterns and comments about the patterns. I enjoy looking at pictures of items people have made from the patterns. It would be fun to see an album set up of items people have made from the patterns that they can download. The pattern name could be printed with the picture in case someone was interested in purchasing it and making it.

I collected the free patterns for over 2 years as I waited to find an affordable-for-me AG-sized doll. I got one last year (the only one in the store with brown eyes) & joined SWC last month. Seeing what others are doing encourages me to do SOMETHING myself, something more than dream.

Other things I like are the notices for new patterns, all the sample garment photos of patterns so I can get a good look at the design before I purchase and Freebie Fridays.
