I love Pixie Faire for all the great patterns and ideas, both for beginners and more advanced sewists. The prices are reasonable and I adore the free patterns to add to my collection. After purchasing and cleaning resale dolls, I will soon donate dolls and handmade clothes to a group of underprivileged children whose parents aren’t able to financially afford this type of toy.

I love Pixie Faire because I have just loved dolls since I was a child…many years ago!! I still collect special ones..and your dolls come into that category. I have an old Donner doll..Betsy McCall ….I got her for Christmas when I was about 6 yrs old. I have a new little sister about 1 yr. old…she wanted to see my doll and I let her…well the legs were “hinged” and she bent it the wrong way and broke her leg….I was heart broken.. but I still have her..a made a new leg for her out of clay…so she was always included in my playtime…and I still Love Her!! I know…silly, but that’s it!

I love pixiefaire for its versatility it’s new ideas and patterns. I love the fact that you now have dolls which makes my job easier. I am a collector but more importantly I love making doll clothes for all sizes. I make dolls which are porcelain but I especially love18" dolls like the tonner doll, and American dolls. You patterns are so easy to work with and you can trick them out to make something completely different. What I love more than anything is the amazing variety of supplies that you have. I love Pixie Faire because of all the wonderful things you do for us. I love getting the emails about new items, your newsletter, and especially for your beautiful patterns. I started sewing for my granddaughters AG doll last year, and your Freebie Fridays patterns helped me so much. Now I’ve graduated beyond Freebie Friday and have been purchasing some of my patterns from your very talented designers. Love that I’m able to choose up to date modern clothing patterns or historical patterns, whichever my granddaughter asks for. The patterns are all so well explained, the sizing is correct, and downloading is so easy. I’m currently making clothes for my sisters granddaughters doll, and since she’s only five, I’ll be sewing for a few more years. I’ve also done a bit of knitting from the patterns on the knit site, hoping for a lot more of those in future. I love Pixie Faire because Jason and Cinnamon have made it a very welcoming place and they share how to be successful in sewing an outfit, designing an outfit, and how to build a business. It is a place which allows designers to showcase their work, and where we can find the perfect pattern to download and sew up an outfit in no time. There are tutorials to explain in pictures and every e-mail question receives a very nice reply. If I were to build a business, Pixie Faire would be my model – it continues to grow and change as our needs unfold. There are always wonderful surprises, and we are all treated very well. Add the Sew Powerful program, with its opportunity for us to contribute. All in all, what is not to love? I can spend hours perusing the site – learning so much along the way. Yes, I love Pixie Faire for these and many other reasons.
