I am thankful for my family and friends, and my doctors. They have all been amazing helping me get through all of the medical problems that I have been dealing with over the last few years, especially as my health is complicated by multiple conditions. The doctors have worked across disciplines to untangle the complex problem aggravated by the Covid outbreak. My family and friends working together to get me to the doctors, appointments and care. I can’t ever repay them

Despite Covid and political and social arrests- it has been one of the most personally challenging years and has put into perspective how important and how grateful I am for supportive family and friends. That despite others suffering they always deep to reach out. I couldn’t think of a greater gift for such a challenging time.
I am thankful for my son and my daughter who lift me up when I’m feeling low. A house over my head and food to eat. I am thankful for a world full of contrast, mountains and valleys, rivers and lakes People of all colours and ethnicities. A world where people can have differing views without anyone having to agree with the other views presented. A word of cold weather and warm weather, of sunny days and cloudy days.
