My favorite Pixie Faire course is the pattern academy because it makes you think of design elements and how everything fits together. It also gives you the knowledge as to how to solve problems with regular sewing patterns.I highly recommend it!

I’d love to take a Pixie Faire class that shows me how to draft patterns for different sized dolls. I’m a good sewer but so desire that ability to modify existing patterns to what I see in my head or even draft patterns myself. This would be a helpful tool. I hope to retire in a year and a half and would love to be able to make a little income by sewing and knitting doll clothes.

I’d love tot take a Pixie Faire class devoted to Heirloom Sewing Techniques. By that I mean, lace insertion, use of entredeaux, pintucks, ruching, featherstitch embroidery, use of soutache. (I’ve probably spelled things wrong.), and putting together multi-part patterns that use these techniques. The advanced patterns on the market are not helpful at all.

I would love to take a Pixie Faire class that would show me how to adjust patterns to fit different dolls… I love to design my own patterns (definite beginner at that) but I also like to use established patterns and alter them to fit my slimmer dolls
