I like the Knot-So-Cute felted slippers. The pair I made is very cute and fits well.
And the winner is….no sew janes!😂
I love the No See Janes!
My favorite shoe pattern is the Liberty Jane Janes pattern. I was hoping to make a pile of shoes for our dolls, but was diagnosed with cancer. Have finished the chemotherapy, now I need to recover my memory and stamina to get anything done.
I have been gathering the materials around the house and have made my first pair from a small piece of suede, I had from my teddy bear days and the second pair from a vinyl shopping bag I found, that was the perfect colour to match our doll’s Easter dress I was working on. I used a black shirt box for the soles. The cardboard may not hold up, but I did get good practice. My granddaughter thinks they are perfect. Have to pick Mary Jane, but would love to purchase a boot pattern. A good friend just made me a ‘mini cobbler bench" in
his wood work shop. Can’t get out to shop, but I do have lots of scrap fabric and old clothes to work with.
My favorite shoes are the Plain Janes.
Love the cowboy boot pattern. Want to make some custom tops with different designs.
I love the bow tie sandals and the Love You Bunches plain flats. They were my first shoes to make. I also love the Plain Janes by Liberty Jane.
I love the no sew Janes made from lace. I have made them many times and they are great with summer clothes!
Cute shoes for 14 inch dolls are harder to find and more expensive than for 18 inch dolls. So I like those best!
My favorite shoe pattern is the “circling around.” It makes such a cute summer shoe.
I appreciate the overview and tips. So far, I have only made flip-flops, which were fast, easy and cute and crochet slippers, made using a preemie baby bootie pattern and a smaller hook.

So hard to choose which shoe I like best. I am going to choose the braided sandal for right now, but I definitely will be back to get more patterns. I ordered the soles a while back but haven’t worked with them yet. Guess I’ll have time right now.
Bobbi

I have made the flip flops from Miche Designs as well as the Bow Tie Slip-Ons for both 18" and 14.5" dolls. As difficult and fussy as they are to make, I just love the way they turn out. So cute!
Definitely the sandals as I am in a tropical area where they are worn year round
This question is harder to answer than asking which of your children is your a favorite! I like so many , I even took to making my own shoe patterns. But several patterns inspired the transformation from NON- cobbler to “little ole shoe maker” like LUB plain Janes, LJC No Sew Janes… I love making shoe that coordinate with my outfits.
I like the Plain Jane shoe pattern because it is a good basic pattern that can be altered and/or embellished in many ways.
Liberty Jane Open Toe Janes! So cute!
I love the candy shack sandals. I would wear them myself if I could
I have made many pairs from the patterns I buy from Pixie Faire. My favorite was a pair of boots that I added machine embroidery to make them to match a steam punk outfit I made.
A bit spoiled for choice but I’d say I’m a Buttonstock girl! Easy enough to dress up the pattern for fancy or keep it plain for casual or even boywear
I don’t know yet. I’m going to take the shoe class and find out!
I like the plain jane as you can make it to match any dress I also made button up boots using a plain boot pattern I like making flippers for swim wear
It’s hard to pick a favorite. I love tiny shoes! I think the side zip boots are at the top of my list.
I watched a You Tube video on making your own shoe lasts and have made several pair. I have bought several shoe patterns from Pixie Faire and am trying them out. I like the Plain Jane pattern because it is so versatile.
I’m not sure which I’ve like best. I’ve only tried one and it was a complete fail. I will start with the Janes and see what happens.
My favorite would be which ever one is the easiest to make. :)
I like to keep things simple so I like the plain janes
I love so many of the shoe patterns not sure I can pick. I love any and all of them. I guess my go to for most would be LUB Plain Janes, but I own 45+ shoe patterns so now you know. Miche Designs and Appletote’s & Co are great favorites too.
I like the Buttonstock sandals.
I like the crochet shoes
I love them all and have made many different types….the little girls I give them too or the people I sell them to are always really happy with them too…I take the money I get for selling some of them to spend on materials for the ones I give to other little girls who would never have the opportunity to enjoy them if I didn’t give them to them. I love being able to pay it forward. Great shoe patterns! Thanks to Cinnamon and the Pixie Faire Team for all they do for us who sew and make doll clothes.
I have made many pairs of shoes & sandals from your patterns and don’t think I have a favorite. Canvas Slip On, Liberty Janes, Gladiator Sandals, Slouch Boots, Cowboy Boots are just a few I can think of off the top of my head. Love your patterns.
The no sew janes are my favorite.
I really like the basic side zip boots and want to try to make them.
Love the no-sew foam clogs!
I think the open toe janes, the No sew janes and the flip flops. I missed the Sew Expo happening this year and being able to come by and say hi in person😀
