Recommended Fabrics: Medium or lightweight sweatshirt fleece, lightweight fleece, french terry or flannel. The cuffs, neckband and waistbands require ribbing, ponte or quality medium weight 4-way stretch knit. Up-cycling a sweatshirt will give you ribbing and fabric.
Supplies Needed:
-⅓ yard of medium weight knit or flannel.
-scrap of contrasting color of medium weight knit (optional)
-⅛ yard of ribbing (4” stretches to 6”)
-11” of ½” elastic
-4” of each hook and loop tape
-10” of cording (optional)
-Fray-Away® or similar product (optional)
-Thread
-Ball point needle
