The braid variation can be made without any trims, simply use strips of scrap fabrics to create a unique look. Tips included for sewing with knit fabric which will help prevent stretching and produce evenly stitched hems! Suggested fabrics include: lightweight knit, such as tissue knit, burnout knit, and a variety of other knits. Lace fabric is used for the underlay.
